Shipping policy

We want your TEAPURR order to arrive safely and on time. Here is how shipping works.

1. Processing time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Most pieces are made to order, so processing may take a little longer during peak seasons. We will email you if there is a significant delay.

2. Estimated delivery after dispatch

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days

These times start after your order has shipped. They are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier delays, or events outside our control can add time.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. The amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout before you complete the purchase. We do not use a sitewide free-shipping dollar threshold. If a free-shipping promotion is running, it will appear at checkout.

4. Order tracking

After your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to show movement. TEAPURR does not have a separate track-order page on the website. If tracking has not updated after several days, email support@teapurr.com with your order number.

5. Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

6. Lost or undelivered packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check the tracking details and contact the carrier. If that does not resolve it, email support@teapurr.com and we will help as we can. We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please check your shipping address before you place the order.
